Open Question: Minneapolis/St.Paul Bars and Party Bus?

In a few weeks, we'll be taking a party bus during the day on Saturday to tour Summit Brewery in St. Paul, MN. We have the bus for a few hours before and several hours after the tour. What bars would be good to take a large group (25-30 people) during the DAY (between 11am-6pm)? Also, since I've never been on a party bus before what else should we do/should I know??
